Seriously: can you think of a more fitting representative of Canada than John Montgomery? A man who chugs from a pitcher of soss a stranger hands him as he walks through Whistler Village. A man who mentions Russel, Manitoba, in every other sentence.
John Montgomery rocks. While explaining why he chose skeleton over luge, he says luge felt like trying to bring the Christmas tree in the front door the wrong way. Everyone knows you have to bring it in head first so the branches don't bunch up.
While he's being interviewed, his parents, girlfriend and sister are passing the remaining pitcher back and forth. Makes me proud to be Canadian.
